What’s new in 5.0, module by module
1. A start that drives you to sell

The first thing you notice upon entering is the new home dashboard. Instead of a cold summary, it welcomes you with a clear message —“Today could be your best day of the week”— and your goal of the day represented in a progress ring that fills as you bill.
Right next to it, you have the block “What do you want to do now?” with shortcuts to the most important actions: sell, create a new appointment, register a client, open cash register, share your QR, or access reports. All just a click away, without searching through menus.
The result: you open the console and know exactly how much you need to reach your goal and what to do next.
2. “Monthly pulse”: your business in numbers, in real time

Below the home screen appears the Monthly Pulse, four cards summarizing your performance: monthly income, bookings, total clients, and total expenses. Each one shows the variation compared to the previous month, so you instantly know if you’re improving or if something needs attention.
Further down, the console does something for you that used to require manual calculation: a direct month-to-month comparison in income, expenses, bookings, and clients. And a monthly goal meter that tells you your percentage of progress, how much you lack, and how much you need to bill per day to reach it.
3. Wanda AI: recommendations that turn into income

Wanda AI: your assistant that will soon fill your agenda. 5.0 incorporates Wanda AI in the daily panel. It detects your free slots and prepares suggestions like inviting your best clients via WhatsApp. This feature is coming very soon, and the Daily Summary already shows you today how many appointments you have, how much you expect to bill, and the status of each one (confirmed, pending, canceled, unassigned).
4. Daily cash reconciliation: total control of money
The new Cash Reconciliation is one of the most powerful modules in 5.0. At a glance, you see the total in cash, how much it has increased or decreased compared to the opening balance, and the exact breakdown of your income by payment method: debit card, credit card, and cash, with percentages.
The cash calculation breaks everything down transparently: base money, cash sales, other income, withdrawn money, expenses, and payments to collaborators, all the way to the final total. And the movements of the day are organized by category —expenses, sales, commissions, income, withdrawals— so closing the cash register takes seconds and comes without surprises.
5. Clients “Your people”: the 360° profile of each client
The clients section is reinvented as “Your people”, and now each profile is a complete record. For each client, you see what matters for loyalty: how much they have billed, number of visits, their last visit, and where they came from (origin).
Each record includes dedicated tabs: History, Reservations, Notes, Wallet, Forms, Reviews, and Packages. You can also filter your database by new, inactive, birthdays, or recurring to launch precise campaigns, and the view automatically sums up the billed amount for the group you are viewing. It’s real CRM, within your console.
6. Smart agenda: from calendar to billing
The multi-collaborator agenda shows your entire team in columns —barbers, manicurists, specialists— each with their number of appointments. But the new feature is in the details of each reservation.
When you open an appointment, you see useful signals like “High % attendance” of the client, and if the service has already ended but has not been billed, the console alerts you: “Pending to bill” with a direct button to register the payment in cash. This way, no income slips through the cracks. The agenda blocks are displayed visually and clearly, and time zone discrepancies are detected automatically.
7. Sell (POS): charge faster and more completely
The Sell module is a point of sale designed for speed. The SMART search finds any service or product instantly, and you can navigate between services, products, packages, and combos organized by categories.
The cart allows you to assign a different collaborator to each item (key for correct commissions), apply coupons or discounts, set the sale date, and charge with the total calculated automatically. Selling a Mother’s Day combo with three services to different collaborators now takes seconds.
8. Configurable session packages
For businesses that sell treatments by sessions, 5.0 adds fully configurable packages: you define the number of sessions, the validity in days, and the recurrence between appointments. Ideal for hair removal, facials, nails, or any recurring service, with integrated consumption control in the client profile.
9. Settings: your entire business from one place
The Settings module is completely reorganized into thematic blocks that make it easy to find any adjustment:
