We launched WeiBook VIP
Upcoming appointments, loyalty, coupons, reminders, and a unique QR: a new way to keep every customer connected to your business.

The relationship with a customer does not end when they leave your business. It continues when they remember their next appointment, when they see they are one visit away from earning a benefit, or when they receive an offer that interests them. That’s why we launched WeiBook VIP: a new experience that brings all that connection into a place the customer already checks on their phone.
With this functionality, each person can save your business’s card in their Wallet and carry the information that matters most: their next appointment, loyalty progress, visit status, available benefits, and a QR code that your team can scan.
Fewer lost messages. More present appointments. Every visit counts.
What is WeiBook VIP?
WeiBook VIP is the new loyalty experience that connects each customer with your business through a digital pass. The person adds it to their phone’s Wallet, but it’s not a static capture: it’s a living point of contact between the business and the customer.
On the front, the customer can quickly check the business name, accumulated visits, the next appointment, the service, and its status. On the back, they find the QR that allows them to identify their pass when they arrive at the establishment.

Key idea
Your business stops relying solely on the customer searching for a chat, an email, or an app. Important information is available in a familiar and easy-to-check place.
The next appointment, always in sight
One of the most common reasons for missing an appointment is simple: the customer forgot the date or couldn’t find the confirmation message. With WeiBook VIP, the next booking can appear directly on the pass with:
- Date and time of the appointment.
- Reserved service.
- Business name.
- Status of the booking.
Additionally, the business can use this channel to notify upcoming appointments and send reminders. Thus, the information accompanies the customer before their visit and helps reduce forgetfulness.
Loyalty becomes visible
A loyalty program works best when progress is easy to understand. The card shows how many visits the customer has made and how many they need to complete their benefit: for example, “5 out of 5 visits”.
This visibility turns an internal mechanic into a concrete motivation. The customer knows that every visit counts and can see when they are close to receiving a reward.
For the business
Loyalty stops being a paper card that gets lost. Progress accompanies the customer on their phone, and your team can validate it from the QR.
Coupons and discounts at the right moment
WeiBook VIP also opens a direct channel to communicate benefits. The business can notify the customer about discount coupons, loyalty campaigns, and relevant promotions without separating that communication from their visit history.
This allows for creating more useful actions, for example:
- A coupon to boost a new booking.
- A benefit upon completing the number of visits.
- A promotion for frequent customers.
- A reminder of a discount about to expire.
The goal is not to send more messages but to send messages with context: for the customer to understand what they receive, which business it comes from, and why it is relevant to them.
A QR to recognize each visit
Each pass includes a QR code. When the customer arrives, the business scans it to identify the card and register the corresponding interaction. This builds a clear traceability of visits associated with that business.

What happens if the customer visits another business?
The traceability is maintained by business. That is, each establishment keeps track of the relationship it has with that customer: their visits, their loyalty, their appointments, and their benefits within that business. Thus, the experience can accompany a person using WeiBook in different places without mixing the progress of each establishment.
Important
Each business manages its own relationship with the customer. The pass clearly identifies the establishment and keeps the progress corresponding to each one separate.
How does it work for the customer?
- Receives the invitation. The business shares access to its digital WeiBook card.
- Adds it to the Wallet. With a tap, the pass is saved on the phone.
- Checks their information. They can see the next appointment, the service, the status, and the visit progress.
- Presents the QR. When they arrive at the business, they show the code for the team to scan.
- Stays connected. Receives reminders, loyalty updates, and coupons from the business.
And for the business, what changes?
The scheduling and loyalty experience becomes more continuous. The team can recognize the customer through the QR, keep track of their visits, and communicate useful information before and after the appointment.
- More clarity about upcoming bookings.
- Greater visibility of the loyalty program.
- A channel for coupons and benefits.
- Record by business of interactions.
- A modern experience that reinforces the brand.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the customer need to download another app?
The pass is stored in the compatible Wallet on their phone. The process is designed so that important information is available from there.
What information can the customer see?
The pass can show the business, the next appointment, the service, the status, visit progress, and the associated QR code.
What is the QR code for?
It allows the business to identify the pass when receiving the customer and register the corresponding interaction or visit.
Does loyalty mix between businesses?
No. Each establishment keeps its own tracking, so the visits and benefits of one business are not confused with those of another.
A relationship that continues after each appointment
WeiBook VIP combines scheduling, communication, and loyalty into a simple experience. The customer carries the information they need; the business gets a clearer way to accompany them and recognize each visit.
Because an appointment is a moment. But a well-cared relationship can last for years.
